Every once in a while, I have to name a new “Baby of the Year”. Sweet little Ashley arrived to our session sleeping and stayed that way until our session was over. I don’t think I even got to see what her eyes looked like! No rocking or soothing necessary… crazy! Between me and mom, we usually spend about 50 percent of our sessions calming baby and getting them to sleep. But not so with super baby below. She has officially earned the title, “Baby of the Year”! And, wow, did she love to smile!
Love this first image… Sweet Ashley is wearing her mom’s baby bonnet from when she was a newborn… so so so very precious…

Proud Grandma Kathy passed this site onto me (a friend in Chicago). It brightened up my day immensely! The first picture with the bonnet was my favorite because of Ashley’s smile and I found it heartwarming that it was her Mom’s bonnet. The 1st picture with the Christmas ornaments was the next favorite again because of her smile and the picture with the leopard print hat shows Ashley’s got attitude! Get ready for the teenage years Mom & Dad.
