Allison + Sean Married! | Hotel Viking, Newport RI

Alison and Sean are awesome. I knew it was going to be an emotion filled wedding when they both teared up at the engagement session. The couple has a pretty cool love story… they met on e-harmony.com and completely made me a believer, in fact, I’m going to sign up all my single friends tonight! They are so completely enamored with each other and filled with so much joy! I am so glad they choose me to photograph this special time in their lives and am so glad I had the opportunity to watch their wedding day story unfold.

Ali and Sean married at the gorgeous Kay Chapel just down the street from the Hotel Viking where their reception was held and where the bridal party got ready that morning. Both locations had so much charm and were located across from one of my all time favorite streets and doors in all of Newport (which you’ll get to see later down in this preview). Their flowers and tables all centered around the theme of the four seasons. Each of Alli’s 4 bridesmaids carried a bouquet that reflected a different season… the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The boutonnieres for Sean’s four groomsman followed in suit along with the rest of the decor at the wedding. Alli looked stunning in her fit and flare strapless gown containing such gorgeous rose details. At the reception, Alli added a black sash around her gown and some accessories to match. And then my favorite element… the cake! If ever a cake were made to replicate a wedding gown, it was Alli and Sean’s fabulous white and black four-tiered monogram cake. It was very cool. And those shoes? Girl, not alot of people could have rocked those shoes like you did! 😉 Every detail was just lovely.

Allison and Sean, it was such a pleasure! I cant wait to work with you all again when you bring your pup Rosie to see me and hopefully some more additions in the coming years! Love you guys!

faaaavorite ring shot to date… that tag was from some presents the group had opened up the night before 🙂

As I said earlier, the flowers each represented a season… they were just stunning!

Allison and Sean did a “first look” on the roof of the Hotel Viking… it was so beautiful and so emotion filled…
