A beautiful couple, the prettiest of details, and a French Chateau setting- Tatum and Ryan’s wedding was so fun to be apart of. The couple started the day with their friends and family, getting ready at one very charming Inn in the heart of Newport, and married at St Mary’s which is the same church that John and Jacqueline Kennedy said “I do” at almost 65 years earlier! I have so many favorites to share with you!
Q- What was the inspiration behind your wedding?
A- I definitely knew I wanted the wedding to reflect a time of classic beauty that never ages, so we incorporated soft vintage-glamour details. The venue we chose, the Glen Manor House, resembles a French chateau-it was the perfect backdrop. Q- What advice would you offer to our future brides and grooms?
A- I would recommend for them to consider spacing out time between the ceremony and cocktail hour, especially if the ceremony and reception are at separate locations. This allows for extra photo time and for the bride and groom to join in on cocktail hour. Q- If you could pick one moment from your entire day to be your favorite, what would it be?
A- My favorite moment out of many favorite moments was our grand entrance as husband and wife. It was so beautiful to see all our loved ones standing in the ballroom cheering us on. Q- Would you change anything if you could?
A- I don’t think I would change anything! Q- What detail did you love or treasure the most about your wedding?
A- My favorite small detail were my earrings, they were so elegant! The moment I treasured most was when my father kissed me on the cheek at the altar after walking me down the aisle and placed my hand into Ryan’s hand. The most magical moment was right before the end of the night when we surprised our guests with a fireworks show!
