My baby is ONE! I have a one year old… a ONE year old. According to my baby center email this week, I no longer have a baby but now have a toddler… (*tear)
This post melts my heart… really anything to do with my little man completely melts my heart. He is our pride our joy our laughter… he is simply an amazing kid. We really do thank God constantly for the incredible gift that he gave us. Sometimes I still cry when I rock him to sleep… really. He is that awesome.
On little man’s first birthday this past week, we headed over to a nearby church with really awesome big red doors to capture him on his big day. After that, we headed over to his favorite park so that he could go on the swings that he loves so much. Then we went home and had spaghetti, his favorite meal of course, followed by some favorite books, a bath, and then finally bed… Sam’s perfect day right? We are incredibly busy right now in the studio, but I didn’t want to forget about my sweet boy so I have been staying up late every night this week to finish these… and I am so glad that I did. The expressions on his face in some of these are priceless… I am so glad I could show you a bit of his fabulous personality. I hope to post Sam’s cake smash next week (update – view here)… so so fun. For now, enjoy these shots of my little big guy on his first birthday. 🙂
